Age Restrictions

Guests under the age of 18 may attend the WA Rural Health Long Service Awards but must wear a designated wristband at all times. Rural Health West staff must be notified of all underage guests at the point of booking. Guests under 18 will not be served alcohol under any circumstances. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that any guest in your accompaniment will comply with these requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Recipient tickets are strictly non-transferable. Guest tickets may be transferred on a case-by-case basis with approval until Friday 29 January 2027. From Saturday 30 January 2027, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Privacy Statement

The Privacy Act 2014 provides that before your personal contact details can be published or made available to major sponsors and other parties directly related to this event, you must give your consent. If you do not consent to your contact details being provided to the abovementioned parties, please contact the Events team at awards@ruralhealthwest.com.au or 08 6389 4500.

Privacy Photo and Video Footage Permission

Photos and video footage may be taken by either Rural Health West staff, photographers or other participants during the course of this event. This imagery may be used in Rural Health West marketing material either to promote future events or in Rural Health West publications.
